The information which I have provided in my application for employment is factual and truthful. I understand that if I am employed, any false or misleading statements on this application will be considered sufficient cause for termination. I understand that if employed, my performance and activity in my work area may be monitored through surveillance. I further understand and agree that if employed, I am personally responsible for reporting any behavior, which I observe or am aware of, that may violate the company's policies on equal opportunity and harrassment.
I agree to submit to any drug or alcohol testing that may be required as a condition of employment. If employed, I understand that refusal to immediately submit for required testing will result in my immediate termination. If employed, I agree to a ninety (90) day probationary period before being considered as a regular employee. I understand that my employment is terminable at will, that I am not being employed for any specific period of time, and that this application is not intended to be a contract of any kind. I also understand that Red Line Markets, Wild Bill's, Union Grocery, Gray Transport Services or Bill Gray Inc. or I may terminate my employment and compensation at any time, with or without cause. I further understand that no oral representation made to me during the process of this application or after my hire, and nothing contained in any written communication, in no way consitutes a contract of employment for any definite period of time.
You will be required to have an exit interview with your supervisor before your last check will be issued.
